I don’t think that’s correct at all, the Premier league and EFL have handed down loads of points deductions and fines in recent times. Those fall under the governance of the FA. Everton, Forest, West Brom recently had points deductions, scandalous that Chelsea then get off with just a minuscule fine for breaking rules that gave them years worth of competitive advantage, shown by their uptick in terms of winning titles and trophies

I find it hard to believe the meeting is still going on.  In which case the FA and the club know the outcome but aren't telling us. After all, what do we count? We're just the poor saps who actually care 🤬

Yeah, let's ignore the fact that City won numerous trophies by spending millions they shouldn't have under the rules at the time. Nothing to see here - lift that carpet and sweep everything under it. Just an accounting glitch 🙂

Man City have the best accountants money can buy, finding every loophole there is in the rules, so they can file their accounts in a way which they can argue is legal. We’ve got a bloke with a camera, stood next to a tree.

I thought I read before, can’t remember where, that the hearing would be Thursday with then announcement most likely out on Friday.

Why would the club fear a ban that long? Anything more than 9 months would go beyond the end of his contract anyway; let alone going beyond the point where they would need to bin him off for a new manager.

You lot were given a bad press Del, but I have little sympathy after THAT curry house night. Some things can't be unseen.

I don't know mate, but perhaps they saw him staying beyond that contract. Who knows. I don't.

So what does the club do if Tonda gets a ban from the game of say 4 months or more? Do they wait for him to serve his ban and put an interim in until it ends? Do they sack him? If they were to sack him, what chance of Jose Fonte leaving Sunderland and coming back to Saints?

No, stick him in a red long wig, skirt and a-bit of lipstick. They banned Tonda, this is officially now Tondina, and  if they try and ban Tondina, it’s straight on the phone to the echr brigade, should get years in the human rights courts fighting that one out.

14:30 - 15:00 Nap

15:00 - 15:30 More hard graft

15:30 Afternoon tea in the Drawing Room

16:15 Time to pack up
