S-Clarke Posted 16 January, 2025 Posted 16 January, 2025 No real surprise to see the Lemina story end up like this, he moves around clubs like a bad smell. Technically he is top notch, but he'll never be remembered as a ''good player'' because his attitude and application stink every club out. He apparently favours Saudi, no shit.

Yeah, leopards, spots - all that ! Seem to remember Wolves bent over themselves to support him last season when his father passed away. Now he;s putting two fingers up to them. Arsehole

CB Fry Posted 9 February, 2025 Posted 9 February, 2025 Completely passed me by that Charlie Alcaraz has signed for Moyes Everton. Just saw him hit the post on MOTD this morning. Good luck to him. 3

Made me think, with the rebirth of Sulemana under Juric, whether Ivan could have gotten a tune out of him too adding Fernandes into the trio, or would that have been a bit too random.

Nordic Saint Posted 18 February, 2025 Posted 18 February, 2025 Adam Armstrong struggling at West Brom: West Brom: Tony Mowbray simply must stop this tactic involving Adam Armstrong

Even in our team last season, he was pretty dreadful in the central position. It was out wide where he thrived. The miss against Brentford this season in a central position also lives in the memory. 1
Ted Bates Statue Posted 7 March, 2025 Posted 7 March, 2025 Feel glad for him, some really positive words about his perspective on Saints there. Seems like a classy guy! In this season of utter dross it is one of those glimmers of hope, knowing our academy is still capable of churning out stars of the future and allowing the proper teams to poach them before I've been made aware of their existence. 1

Tommy Mulgrew Posted 26 March, 2025 Posted 26 March, 2025 Victor Wanyama looks set to play in Scotland again. Apparently, he’s only 33 - I had thought he was older. A bit of a comedown to play in the Scottish Championship, though. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cp8l6k88xg3o

Astonishingly, Phil Jones has also only just turned 33. I could have sworn he was about 22, playing for Blackburn about 18 years ago but apparently not. Still, at least Saints future is looking bright. It's only three years until we can sign all three of them and say they're great lads to have in the dressing room. 1
