Forster has 100% cost us more goals than McCarthy ever has, and caused mayhem in many other games just because of his inability to actually do his profession.

I’m not saying McCarthy is good, but he’s a damn more reliable than Forster who for some reason, has some weird mercurial hold over some people as some sort of goalkeeping god… that would be bizarre even if he was just about competent, let alone being utterly cr4p.

Who is going to be the first to be all wistful and nostalgic and remember the times when had 1 or 2 good games under Koeman…

The basics of a goalkeepers job is shotstopping and passing, both of which Forster is better at. The ONLY place McCarthy is better is at claiming crosses when under no pressure.

Forster's kicking today and the last few games has been poor, failing to properly clear it, instead kicking about 25 yards straight to the opponent. Neither is any good really.

McCarthy is better at saves requiring agility than Forster. He has a worldie in him. Forster make more blocks though. He is very good at making himself big and being in the right place.

It's going to need some turn around and half time talk if we are going to get anything from this, Leeds in a totally different gear to us this 45, very lucky it's only 1!

Yeah - penalty not awarded and 2 very clear chances. We should be In Front no?
