If ever there was a player destined for a move to Turkey, it’s Aribo.

Aribo is in fact Nigerian for a turkey. Eg, we are having Aribo for Christmas dinner this year.

Could be Saudi, Brownhill is heading there for £100k plus per week. Joe isn’t quite as good but could get £60-75k possibly. And a Nigeria international.

Turkey better for a WC call up.

Odd deal length.

Jones will be sacked by January and then Breezy can follow him to his next club.

Didn't mind Bree, limited but tried.

Is this what debloating feels like? I don't like this feeling... Saints... sign Bamford and Muric so I can put my mind at ease!

I agree.  He’ll come back looking like Milli Vanilli with gnashers like the vicar from Dick Emery.

Got a feeling Edozie will go to Belgium or Holland. Can see Aribo being re-integrated though, given we aren't stacked with CM's.

He possibly will be, but we do have Downes, Charles and Jander, plus Edwards could play there.

In January he would be free to agree a contract with a new club I think. So in theory that could be Charlton.

True. Downes gets injured/ill/suspended a lot though. Would be a bit risky if Aribo goes and we are just left with 3 seniors CM's...

Unless the club have real faith in Moses Sesay, but then why wasn't he on the bench on Saturday when we needed him.

I guess keeping Edwards means he can play there (as he did a bit for QPR last year) and Matsuki too. Plus right now Fraser seems to want to play anywhere right now. I do agree I think we're a CM light when Aribo goes but we have square pegs if needed.

Guess thet rate Sesay otherwise agree, don't see what we gain by loaning someone like Smallbone who got 7 league goals from midfield last time!

Matsuki seems more suited to an advanced role but is also another option and perhaps more willing to have fewer minutes.

Still got the Japanese lad too, or did he go out on loan too?

Gotta think with all the movement that Still took a good look during pre-season and went "NOPE!".

…but wasn’t paying attention to the goalkeepers

In all fairness Bazunu looked very good in pre-season.

Good luck to him. Decent Champ midfielder, but not good enough for ambitions beyond that. Nice guy, good pro, academy lad who made it to the pro game. Hope he does well with Millwall - thanks for lifting the roof off St Mary's in the playoff

Jelert played a bit in midfield 2 seasons back too. Edwards only played DM twice for QPR.

Demonstrates what a ridiculously strong squad we have in this league, that we can loan out Smallbone to a team who will be around the playoffs this season

Sad to see him go as he's one though the academy and seems like a decent guy. Felt he got a lot of unfair stick from our fans. Decent player at this level. All best WIll

Yep agreed, like a lot of our squad should never have been asked to do a job in the PL.

They are insufferable

Just zero self awareness

True, but we're also light at FB so he'll probably have his hands full there. We should be ok bar a huge injury crisis.

I'm no fan of Liverpool, but:

- They have sold a lot this summer (around £200m with future fee also guaranteed for Elliott)

- Their striker did die

- They spent fuck all last summer and won the league - that will bring in big money
