Dusic Posted Tuesday at 11:44 Posted Tuesday at 11:44 Not good (M.Svensson) or bad (A. Jakobsson) but just most bang average? I will go for Mikael Nilsson. As the name suggests just a nothing player, despite 60+ Sweden caps.
Lighthouse Posted Tuesday at 12:00 Posted Tuesday at 12:00 I’m not sure we were watching the same Mikael Nilsson, if you thought he was not bad. The okayest Scandi who comes to mind is Peter Madsen. Came in on loan for half a season in the Championship, scored a couple of goals, left. The end.

I think he did modelling on the side.
Jeremy Corbyn Posted Tuesday at 13:29 Posted Tuesday at 13:29 What about that right back that looked like Jesus? He was very average
Dman Posted Tuesday at 13:38 Posted Tuesday at 13:38 Special shout out to Vegard Forren who is somehow still playing, aged 37, in the norwegain 3rd division. 2

Jack Posted Tuesday at 13:50 Posted Tuesday at 13:50 Moi Elyounoussi. Most unbelievably average footballer somehow getting starts every week in a decent side

SW5 SAINT Posted Tuesday at 14:14 Posted Tuesday at 14:14 The one Rupert Lowe bought in to replace Fitz Hall, after he was sold Palace in 2004. Described by Rupert as good business at the time. Saints went on to be relegated.
Stripey McStripe Shirt Posted Tuesday at 14:53 Posted Tuesday at 14:53 Mo Elyonousi (or however you spell his name).

bugenhagen Posted Tuesday at 16:28 Posted Tuesday at 16:28 Jo Tessem. Never really made the team much better or worse. Average to the level he was playing at. 1

He's scored 6 goals in his last 16 Champions League matches, including 2 against Man City, which isn't a bad scoring rate for a winger.

Crab Lungs Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) Jakobsson was awful but Nilsson drove me up the wall. Bottled every challenge in his white boots. Edited 4 hours ago by Crab Lungs 1
Colinjb Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Another nomination for Alex Ostlund. Beloved for looking like Jesus and going in goal at Newcastle.

If him and Vestergaard had a 100 yard ‘sprint’ race in their prime, I’m not 100% convinced Jakobsson would win, yet Jannik was glacially slow/couldn’t run.

saintstowin Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I haven't checked my Tessem stats but my recollection is that he brought energy and versatility to the team and played several positions from defence to attack. I liked him. 2
suewhistle Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago How about late career Claus Lundekvam, particularly in the Portsmouth game?
saintstowin Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Anders Svensson had a decent time with us but I recall I always hoped he'd kick on a bit more in terms of attacking threat and running games - like he seemed to do for his country. His output was defensive midfielder but his style wasn't.
