Previous managers have apparently had something similar to a six month salary clause upon being sacked, so £600k for Martin. Not too mad a figure if Rangers did want to get rid. 

I guess back room staff etc. will bump that up.

The imbalance in Scotland is so great that it's almost impossible not to have success of some sort at Rangers or Celtic.
