Tommy Mulgrew Posted Tuesday at 23:02 Posted Tuesday at 23:02 Yet another 3:1 victory. Please try to make it less of a struggle than today’s 3:2 result. Attack is the best form of defence; tell our defenders and midfielders to at least try to close down their wingers and prevent crosses; pack the midfield, not the defence; crash course in commanding the box and positioning for whoever is in goal; don’t stop trying to score, even in extra time; don’t defend too deep in the second half; just for once, have two CBs, even if only for the second half. And out-sing the Canaries. UTS 1

die Mannyschaft Posted yesterday at 00:34 Posted yesterday at 00:34 Norwich 3-3 Saints. A repeat of today except this time the 2nd half sub gamble will back fire. Our last 2 games have see opponents miss open goals, that won't happen anymore. 2
Football Special Posted yesterday at 00:45 Posted yesterday at 00:45 Norwich showing signs of improvement under the new boss, certainly not expecting the same scoreline as our Carabao cup fixture earlier this season Perhaps a 4-4 draw 2

Apart from Sargent they haven't got much quality. Should be another win. 1
JohnnyShearer2.0 Posted yesterday at 07:48 Posted yesterday at 07:48 Hopefully another win. I wonder if Norwich will try and sit back. Maybe a Azaz will unpick them.

sockeye Posted yesterday at 08:22 Posted yesterday at 08:22 They are fucking awful 😂😂 We’ll destroy them. what I’m more interested in is whether Tonda can stop us leaking goals, because Coventry will pounce on the chances teams like Narridge will miss. 1

Holmes_and_Watson Posted yesterday at 09:42 Posted yesterday at 09:42 As my dad supports Norwich a Tonda first half will do very nicely. I'd not expect us to come under as much pressure from a slightly improving, but fragile Norwich.
Lighthouse Posted yesterday at 09:44 Posted yesterday at 09:44 This is our first time playing on the 13th, which is an unlucky number, since we sacked Still. This will be Tonda’s first real test (TM). 1

Pamplemousse Posted yesterday at 10:46 Posted yesterday at 10:46 Even Will Still managed to beat them 3-0, so I'm expecting 7 or 8 2 3

Positive, especially given their other forward is a doubt too. We always struggle against Sargent, well we do against any tall/physical CF. I'm not sure who else they have? I'm sure their Danish CF is injured too. These games do make me nervous though, on paper they are depleted, 23rd in the league pretty poor. We did an easy job against them in the league cup, but this is a different context. Edited 23 hours ago by S-Clarke 1

Aye, indeed. Fellows really starting to get going now with his driving runs. Azaz, I was unsure of but can see now he has quick feet and a clever player. Scienza - what a find!
Jack Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago 0-6. No need to sit back 2nd half as there’s no midweek game. Tonda knows we can’t defend for shit so just go for the throat and keep them picking the ball out of their net. Fellows to finally start scoring some goals 1

markr27 Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago If everyone is fit.... Bazunu 3 from Srephens/Edwards/Quarshie/Wood/THB Fellows Bragg Jander Welington Azaz Armstrong Scienza Maybe THB will be rested to preserve him from missing the Coventry game (he's on 4 yellows).

Paul Rideout piledriver, a brace for Rod Wallace, and possibly MLT on the scoresheet. 1989 maybe? Think we were 4-2 up at one point, so it was a long trip back. Although in fairness it was also a bloody long way on the way up too. I’m expecting another great performance from an incredible forward line on Saturday. COYR. 1
Harry_SFC Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Fellows has a groin injury apparently. That could well rule him out of the festive period sadly.

Dr Who? Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago We should stuff this lot but it will be something like 2-3 or 3-2, or 3-3. 🤷🏽
HarvSFC Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Without Sheffield Wednesday's points deductions, Norwich would only be 5 points better off than bottom, a team that couldn't sign anyone for a fee in the summer, cancelling contracts of senior players and largely playing a young team this season. They've won 1 of their last 16, losing 10. Usually you'd say this is a Saintsy fixture to drop points in, but we should be putting these away with ease this weekend.

Nolan Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago look out for the second half in this one. It's a fair observation, but they got rid of the manager responsible for most of that bad run, since Clement was appointed they have started to look better Lost one in last four. Last home game was a 3-1 win against QPR who currently sit above us in a play off spot. Edited 3 hours ago by Football Special 1
M271 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) 1-2 a close game for me. We are seemingly incapable of keeping a clean sheet and will probably go 0-2 up then concede for a nervy end to the game but hopefully like Tuesday hold out for another 3 points. We do seem to have had the ‘rub of the green’ luck recently after a few seasons of things not going our way, last season every shot by the opposition seemed to go in, penalty decisions against but not for us and our rare shots not on target but it always feels like that for your team. Is our luck about to run out? Edited 2 hours ago by M271
