The rest of this season is obviously prep for genuine push for promotion next season. In the unlikely event we are promoted this season. I cannot see how one season in PL will help us in anyway. A lot of the larger picture decisions we have made over the last 8 or so months have been intelligent. 
increasing coaching staff (  it’s becoming a game of set pieces) , bringing in psychotherapists ( all NFL have psychotherapists even elite military units.
it’s not a simple game anymore. Changing of cultures , every single mistake anylised on TV.
