Utd clearly under estimated us in the first half and probably thought it'd be an easy game.

They won't make the same mistake second half.

But it has been great to watch us play some proper football for a change.

Need to take advantage of them pushing forward more by getting balls in behind quicker, advantage of them committing to challenges more by flicking the ball away to draw the foul.

I wouldn't get too carried away. This first half team might win, but the team after our subs come on is unlikely to. We'll end up with the likes of Smallbone, Armstrong and Archer looking lost as Man United players run by them.

It’s pretty impressive that Juric has flushed the Martinball instincts so quickly - I thought it would take longer. But to inject that rapid player and ball movement up front is even more impressive.

Long way to go but this is major progress regardless of the final score.

Get Brooks back in to replace Dibling and Sugawara will probably find his level next season.

If Downes is fit to play (he's on the bench, so why wouldn't he be?) then he needs to come on sooner rather than later IMO. Shore things up a bit in the middle and pre-empt the inevitable tiredness of others.
