No way was that a red. Now Azaz looks knackered.

Robinson is not great to be honest - doesn’t know how to pass to a Saints player - just trying too hard to do it all on his own.

This is what happens when you hire a manager on the the basis of him being good at a computer game.

Well that's not why he was appointed was it

The issue becomes when nothing improves under the next manager. 10 games gone? Next one, 10 games gone?

It's not like under Martin where he kept saying "this is how we want to play". We aren't where Still wants us to be yet, so I'd rather give him the chance to get us there than change again and again and again.

If the next manager can’t get us above 20th with one of the most expensive and talented squads in the league then Spors needs sacking too.

So. League 1........

We'll have a great squad in League 1. Armstrong and Archer will score bucket loads at level.

i.e. the same dithering that led to Martin lasting until Christmas last season...?

I'm obviously in the minority here. I was saying we should sack Martin when he got us promoted, and told everyone we would go down with record low points if we kept him - he came very close to proving me right, thank god we got rid.

I still think the things he wants to do will eventually come good for us but today he's absolutely bottled it.

Still must go.

Scienza the only player to come out of that with any credit. McCarthy played well until he didn't and conceded 2 soft ones.

What a total shit show.

4 wins in 50 league games. WTF !!!!

Let's just look at those 4 wins in more detail...

Everton 1-0. Got lucky that VAR ruled out a late equaliser.

Ipswich 2-1. A lucky rebound fell to Onuachu for a late winner after we hadn't played well.

Wrexham 2-1. Needed an injury time goal from a defender to beat a very poor newly promoted team at home.

Sheff Utd 2-1. Again got very lucky with a disallowed late equaliser after we desperately hung on after taking the lead.

We haven't beaten anyone comfortably since WBA in the playoffs nearly 18 months ago.

The club is completely rotten to the very core. Sport Republic need to fuck off, and keep fucking off until they can't fuck off anymore.

He has to go after today. Absolutely no question. We have hands down one of the best squads in this league and we are slipping further and further to the relegation zone.

Absolutely annoyed that we lost this! How has this happened. Questions have to asked of the manager now!

"You're not fit to wear the shirt" from the Saints fans as they go over.

I think the players are still fully behind him tbh, Scienza telling the fans to calm down and "we need you".

We are now well and truly in a relegation fight with a shit manager, awful owners and a terrible squad

3 out of 4 squad are underperforming and that is on the managers shoulders

I wouldn't be surprised if he is gone. I think at the very least he'll have to explain himself.

Not sure why people are saying Blackmore is defending Still - he just said "this has all come about from the substitutions of Will Still".

Blackmore is quite often scathing in his criticism during commentaries and in tweets, but typically then goes soft on the manager during post match interviews....

It's a shame Blackburn haven't scored more here. He can survive a 2-1 sadly.

Depends if any members of clownforce were there watching from the directors box! Doubt it.

Yeah, when you describe the 4 wins in detail it brings home how bad we've been. Hard to know what happens next with us because the elephant in the room SR is too big to get out through the door so we're stuck with them.

I watched some of this badness. Awful. First half not good but the complete shambles of the second half is astonishing. Although also predictable. What that sub was about escapes everyone. And absolutely no shape or possession. Even when we were supposedly chasing a last gasp equaliser I don't think we put more than a single pass together.

Illness and injury is no excuse.

I think he's got to go.

Agree. The only way this will change is an impact manager who can do and have proved at this level. If we cannot get someone with pedigree or they have no plan to get someone with pedigree then we stick. Unfortunately we do not know, but looking at the past it is not looking to promising.

Ok we are actually shit.

Our play was comical up until the point that Leo went off then it was a farce.

Armstrong/Archer bottled 3 chances

Sub & Defenders comedy

Still is bang in trouble, bang bang bang in trouble

Problem is. We have left it too late for the likes of rohl and potter. Really think we need to go for challinor of potential options (I.e., that would consider us).
