I always had a hunch there was "another Mané" lurking within Sulemana (i.e. a player that has a slow start and gets written off by some but then comes good). Bit more of a slow burn for Sulemana compared to Mané, obviously, but signs in the last two games that there's something there...

I don't want to be harsh on smallbone. But i think this is a bad sub. Will diminish our attacking threat and force us deeper. Would have gone archer/armstrong/lallana here.

Playing Smallbone in this league is akin to playing with 10 men.

disappointing to lose Dibling. A massive attacking threat lost and United can now push on. Could have brought Armstrong and played him in a similar wide'ish role.

Best half of the season by miles. So nice to see pace and threat up front, not Armstrong. Dibling Fermandes and Aribo excellent. Great to watch. Whatever happens next, it feels like the manager is making his statement
