I expect West Ham will get out of it eventually but wolves are nailed on to go down this season just like we did in 2022/23 when a combination of us being poor coupled with the newly promoted sides doing well, sealed our fate. West Ham were truly atrocious in that match tonight, the stats tell the story of how dominant Brentford were in West Ham's home game. I think Hammers fans are getting what they deserve for their attitude towards David Moyes when he was in charge and doing a good job.

Brentford showed tonight what good recruitment can do. They've sold so many quality players yet still keep unearthing gems. Clearly they go for big, strong, powerful players. No surprise that Walker Peters and Fernandes were withdrawn at half time by West Ham - two of our better ex players simply could not cope with the physicality of Brentford. One day our recruitment team will wake up and realise you need some muscle, pace and power in a squad these days if you want to compete.

West Ham fans loved Fernandes after his first match, wonder what they think of him now 🤔

Have there been any other games since Sunday? All I've heard is Liverpool are in a crisis?

Mark Lawrenson solved the issue though. Did anyone hear him on Talk Sport on Monday morning? Apparently all the Liverpool defence have to do is get together, get really tight, and say "Right, we're not gonna concede today, whatever happens..."

Why haven't we got a coach to instil that kind of knowledge into our back 3/5?

Just saw the West Ham starting lineup for the Leeds game.

All three ex-Saints dropped, JWP not even on the bench.

James Ward-Prwose hasn’t featured in any squad since Nuno went in.

Forest cancelled his loan in January last year, so clearly Nuno already has a good idea as to how he fits into his plans, he doesn’t.

But if I was paid £100K a week to have a kick about and go home then I wouldn’t be bothered. He’ll get a loan in January.
