Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Not sure who said that first but I think it’s what Tonda should be doing. If it’s a groin strain he won’t be back tomorrow and depending on how severe it is could be a fare while longer.

Saints are generally not quick to let fans know about injuries so i am not surprised there is no update from the club about how bad Leo's injury is. Personally i will be very pleasantly surprised if we see him again this side of the international break. At best he's back for the Arsenal game but i doubt it.

So long as we pull down the pants of anyone who comes in for Leo, then so be it. I'd like to think we'd take into account their premier league windfall, and add at least £10m on top of our highest valuation.

Harry’s nephew. What we sing to him is no worse than Leeds and others did which he brushed off as banter.

But the some of the stuff over many years at his Uncle who is a properly loathed figure for our fanbase is probably the difference. 

Frank Lampard JR may dislike Saints but him and a significant element of West Ham fans seriously dislike each other. Probably hate. Properly so despite having grown up as a fan

From what I’ve seen of Hackney they are quite different players. It would be good to see both in the prem. Hard to say who the better player is but I wouldn’t swap Leo - love everything he has brought to us this season!

Yep. I was dubious about wanting us to go up only to get embarrassed again like last season. But it's the only way we're going to see the likes of Leo, Peretz and Charles still playing for us next season, and I have total faith that this team with Tonda at the helm would be light years better than our last PL team.

I agree, we would still be fighting to stay up obviously but it appears we've now got a manager who isn't wedded to one style of football and that is rare these days. Since he ditched 5 at the back it seems like he's happy to change things up and prepare a different game plan for each opponent.

I'm still not convinced a premier league club will sign him if we don't go up. 28 and he does lack the required decision making/finishing in the final third I think. Other than that he is a very good player though. 

Possibly a promoted team or a side towards the bottom of the table?

We were chasing him all summer tbf, we just dragged out the deal to get the best price for us.

The attitude comments came from a weird German reporter, who I think had a personal grudge against Leo for some reason.

His dribbling style kinda reminds me of Eden hazard but more direct , love his diagonal runs off the ball too he should of scored when azaz routinely put him through on goal

Am I correct in saying it was Will Still that pushed hard for signing Leo? Maybe if he blasts us into the PL and that is correct then Will can take some of the credit for the season!!
