Probably the best Saintsweb has been in years to be honest.

Dealing with adversity with humour is the best way to get through things. If you don't laugh about SFC right now, you'll cry.

I’m going to bed early tonight have an early start. 🙄

I've been up just after 5am all week for work. Needless to say with the events of the week I've been averaging about 3 hours sleep a night. Afternoon power naps is the key.

If we have now got this heavyweight on board, why the fuck have we left it to an appeal and with less than 24 hours to state our case (after admitting to it all)

Just ridiculous. I suspect it is not even true

I still cannot believe we are going to arrive at a decision that has saints playing in the final. There is nothing new being offered we are arguing about the punishment - which has a sort of precedent in The EFL

Tried doing that in the classroom. Didn't go down too well.

Best of luck.  My old man went through it a few years ago and is right as rain now.  Treatment is brilliant.

Didn't stop my German GCSE teacher. Got sacked in the end for missing classes because he was an alcoholic. No surprise I can't speak much German.

I’d like to think Alfie House wouldn’t have retweeted if he thought it was bullshit.

It may well have been that DP wasn't available for the first hearing, or advised that he should sit that out.

My gut feeling is that regardless of the outcome tonight, the final on Saturday will be postponed.

Makes me laugh in here, we have nothing to say anymore but it does not stop us talking!

It’s like the pub with loads of mates but without the alcohol

One suggestion is that its better to lose the initial hearing and then win the appeal, as the EFL can't then appeal the appeal.... Dunno... Who knows...

I agree I can't see it changing a damn thing. But while there is light at the tunnel, even unconfirmed, we have to cling to it.

For the next hour or so, at least.

Sky Sports are reporting we have turned to Lord Pannick. They quote ‘Lawyer Magazine’ as their sauce.

No idea how legit that is, this appointment would be massive news for lawyer magazine, all seems to make sense.

If only so @Lord Duckhunter can pop in afterwards and tell us we were all "nods" for even contemplating it could be overturned... ;)

A bit like this season how we seemed to kick into gear after a team opened the scoring...

Boro 'ITK's (i say ITK's loosely), are claiming the decision is being overturned. 'Players relative source'. Smells bollocks, but thought I'd share.

No idea how anyone would know yet.

If we won the first case we would have had to win the EFL appeal. This way we bring in the Big Dog for the “winner takes all” final, no more appeals allowed. Wonder if this is why we agreed to that deal.  🤞

It turned out their ITKs were more ITK originally, but who knows.

So what’s everyone getting up to after we get the bad news tonight. What’s your plans for the summer? We and Mrs Who? are off to Berlin on Tuesday for 5 nights. My daughter gets married next month and then we are off on holiday to the Netherlands in August.

Oh my car failed it’s MOT £425 in total to get it up to scratch. Suspension arm needed replacing.

A few Paulaner's at Winter Wonderland is about the extent of it. I'd love to go to a proper Oktoberfest in Munich though.
