That’s not really a deterrent for other EFL teams tho.

Perhaps not for us, as a parachute payment receiver, but I think most clubs in the championship aren't particularly flush with half a mil to be burning each time they spy on someone.

Plus, that 500k would look small to us on the assumption it wins us a 200m prize, which isn't going to be the case for the vast majority of teams

How on Earth does a team that were so disadvantaged by 'Spygate' end up with more players than Saints in the 'Team of the Play-Off Semi-Finals'...? Surely some mistake...? 😉

Once this is all over, what is everyone going to talk about?

The @Miltonaggro 'recommended post' scandal a.k.a. #POSTGATE

Looking forward to hearing the verdict on that by 16.00 tomorrow. I'm hearing from people on the inside that the punishment will be savage and merciless, brutally making an example of certain posters that will not be forgotten in a hurry

112 now. Disgusting

Not a bad attempt but looking at previous EFL judgements they are noted as "The Claimant" and the club as "The Respondant", or some such.....

Whatever the outcome I'm sure going to miss the comments that have been on here. Although its one of the most serious threads we've probably ever had ref the outcome..., the humour of some of the comments has been brilliant. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Not sure if you log on for deadline day but you should, its fucking hilarious.

So many people knock the posters on thoa site but not for me, I think the vast vast majority of people on here are brilliant and Ive only had three beers.

£500k is 2% of Pompey's turnover for example. It is a significant amount for many Championship teams as gecko says.

If the summary includes punishment involving any of sodomy and the lash then I suspect the committee will have been infiltrated by a skate.

Guardiola has confirmed he is leaving city next weekend (thank christ), which will place this story firmly as a footnote in the minds of the MSM

What I am mostly pissed off about isn't the post, it's the promise of a copy of "War and Peace".

Where's my copy Miltonaggro you damn loon? You make promises of passing on Tolstoy based tones and completely forget your old mate in the mask.

For shame!!!

At lunchtime I went over to Rockliffe and took some footage of empty training pitches from the footpath at the rear of the site...

...then I got back and saw the message saying that the players had turned up to train...

...so I have been back over to Rockliffe and sure enough the Middlesbrough team are out and training! They had a steward, security guard and member of MFC staff by the gate and the staff member said that I couldn't even stand there to watch because of all the national coverage.

Bearing in mind the distance from where we were stood to the players training I couldn't really make out who was there training, but I asked if it was the first team and he confirmed it was.

Assuming there is still a restriction on SaintsWeb of three posts a day, this is my last post, but if it seems worth it, I may post my earlier photos/video footage later, showing the view that can be gleaned from the other side of the training pitch and why I think any spy would have been better spying over there!

You'll be pleased to know that the Ugly Inside has decided to use your original post as the basis of an article, kindly removing any identifying details such as your username so that you are not put in any danger due to the additional potential publicity, doorstepping and the brunt of any tantrums you may have to deal with as a result 🤣
