Disco Stu Posted March 14 Posted March 14 (edited) Got the better of Coventry this season. Eckert had Lampards number today. Edited March 14 by Disco Stu 2
coalman Posted March 14 Posted March 14 (edited) Awesome. Let the abuse of Lampard commence. Not giving it so large today are you, pal? Edited March 14 by coalman 1 3
adrian lord Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Brilliant game and a brilliant win. Tonda Eckert the Young Genius!
whelk Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Fucking hell the stress of those last few minutes. brilliant performance 3
Lighthouse Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Lordy Lordy… I’m off to mow the lawn. It’s been a pleasure chaps. 2

trousers Posted March 14 Posted March 14 I stopped watching after they scored. I'll therefore take the credit for our win 😁 2
Saint Matty 76 Posted March 14 Posted March 14 What a result. The penalty is perhaps the worst decision I’ve ever seen but well done for holding on. 1
SouSaint Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Tell you what, they are going to get absolutely pumped in the Premier League if they don't spend £150m.
hypochondriac Posted March 14 Posted March 14 The best thing is the three points. The second best thing is shutting up fat Frank and looking at his stupid disappointed face. 1 4
Saint_clark Posted March 14 Posted March 14 How on earth are we the third highest scorers in the league? 1
obelisk Posted March 14 Posted March 14 It really is quite the difference to have a decent 'keeper. 20

sadoldgit Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Phew, what a cracking game of football! Wasn’t expecting that after the other night. A big 3 points but mostly what a resilient performance. Wow! 2
Hawkswood Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Wow what an amazing performance. I generally thought with Stewart missing in any game we'd struggle but that was brilliant. Well done Tonda with the line up. Fantastic defending all round, i cant remember the last time a Saints team looked so solid and dare I say it so well drilled. I cant really remember a bad performance from any player. What a massive massive win. And so so pleasing to see us add a fair bit of shithousery to our performances after so many years of being pushovers. THB is becoming the player I didn't think he was capable of being. Brilliant all round though as I say. 3
Zorba Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Can’t deny Tonda has played a blinder there. He is turning into a very good manager. Bree and Downes get through without bookings. Tonda was brave there too. COYS! 2
jasonbenali Posted March 14 Posted March 14 (edited) Small margins, but we looked organised, hit them on the counter and did a job on them. Solid all round performance which shows how far we've come in recent weeks. MOTM Peretz with Flynn a close second with a goal and no booking. P.S. Have to say how much I enjoy not having VAR and a goal is a goal. Edited March 14 by jasonbenali 8
StrangelyBrown Posted March 14 Posted March 14 GET IN!!!!!!!! Coventry are a thoroughly unlikeable team with a classless manager and we outsmarted them and got a deserved result. Flynn Downes was class and shout out to Azaz and Matsuki who also had very good games. Tonda tactical masterclass today! 5
Saint NL Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Need a sit down now, spent the last 25 mins stood Infront of the TV kicking the ball 😂 2 2
die Mannyschaft Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Bloody hell I didn't that would happen Saints controlling most of game away v top team. Defence has been brilliant today, all players top performers. Peretz MOTM just seen the save, that world class Gordon Banks ish 1
