saintant Posted yesterday at 20:42 Posted yesterday at 20:42 Downes completely pissed off with his team mates. 8
obelisk Posted yesterday at 20:42 Posted yesterday at 20:42 Saints defence undone by a simple forward ball over the top to a runner yet again.
Saint_clark Posted yesterday at 20:42 Posted yesterday at 20:42 Downes screaming at Manning now. Both Manning and Edozie getting a bollocking from teammates this first half. 1
AlexLaw76 Posted yesterday at 20:42 Posted yesterday at 20:42 Downes is fuming, Edozie is shit. Mubama is costing this team as Stewarts replacement. 4
Greedyfly Posted yesterday at 20:42 Posted yesterday at 20:42 Sort of game you need a Jander in. Edozie not helping his cause either.
captainchris Posted yesterday at 20:42 Posted yesterday at 20:42 Come on Tonda, earn your money here…
macca155 Posted yesterday at 20:43 Posted yesterday at 20:43 (edited) Edozie and Mubama are really killing us, similarly Matsuki looks gassed already. Heresy to say it but Downes isn't as effective as Bragg on Saturday. His passing is always slightly off, and when he is under pressure like this, he will be cruising for a booking. Edited yesterday at 20:44 by macca155
Saint86 Posted yesterday at 20:43 Posted yesterday at 20:43 If WBA can run through us like this, Middlesbrough will absolutely murder us. 1

SNSUN Posted yesterday at 20:43 Posted yesterday at 20:43 Just now, Saint_clark said: Its been very passive from us so far, I think we'll get back into this and get stronger as the second half progresses. It couldn't get much worse to be fair. We can only hope WBA knacker themselves and we make some decent subs. WBA have missed a few decent chances though, which is something worth holding on to. We have been shite but we are only 1-0 down... and that was from a penalty.

Hard to pass good balls forward when there is nothing (Mubama/edozie) in front of you making food runs to hit. 2
AlexLaw76 Posted yesterday at 20:44 Posted yesterday at 20:44 Right there is why Mubama will not make it (at this club)...his pass to Downes was lost, Downes slipped up and Mubama should have dropped/raced back to fill in...he did not and just strolled around whilst Downes got up and sprinted back 3

saintant Posted yesterday at 20:44 Posted yesterday at 20:44 Gotta get an extra body in midfield and take off Edozie. 1
ally_uk Posted yesterday at 20:44 Posted yesterday at 20:44 Mubama has done nothing, Edozie shite... Our midfield is easy to bypass.... Damage control go into half 1-0 And fire a fucking rocket up them and ring the changes.... seen enough!
obelisk Posted yesterday at 20:44 Posted yesterday at 20:44 Get to half time with just one goal conceded would be a sort of win.

jrobsbigshorts Posted yesterday at 20:44 Posted yesterday at 20:44 Could do with getting Jay Robinson back 1
trousers Posted yesterday at 20:45 Posted yesterday at 20:45 (edited) For those bemoaning tonight's performance (so far), did you genuinely believe we would go through the rest of the season without a bad performance and/or another defeat? If not, what's so bad about this game being one of those inevitable matches...? If it's (statistically) inevitable that we're going to lose at least one more game this season (Coventry lost 7 last season, we've lost 3 so far), then losing to WBA away is probably not the end of the world in the general scheme of things... You're pragmatically.... Edited yesterday at 20:46 by trousers

Midfield_General Posted yesterday at 20:45 Posted yesterday at 20:45 Manning is doing my fucking head in Where is he playing?? 2
LiberalCommunist Posted yesterday at 20:45 Posted yesterday at 20:45 Triple sub HT. Princewell deserves a go. The City lad can get an early taxi home........to city. 2

adrian lord Posted yesterday at 20:46 Posted yesterday at 20:46 Not sure whether the three minutes came from
die Mannyschaft Posted yesterday at 20:46 Posted yesterday at 20:46 What a load of rubbish so far. Can't keep ball, no one up front we are playing with 10. Only won a few headers. More like a pre season game we need up up our game 2nd half. Too easy for WBA.
Stud mark of doom Posted yesterday at 20:46 Posted yesterday at 20:46 Mubama needs to be subbed off and never feature again for us 2

Scoobysaint Posted yesterday at 20:47 Posted yesterday at 20:47 They’ve been better in every department. Only player really putting a shift in is Flynn D. Too many people watching runners go past them without tracking back, as seen for their goal. Edozie has been very ooor but has had to spend a lot of time defending. I’d almost be tempted to whack Welly on and move Manning into midfield. 1
hypochondriac Posted yesterday at 20:47 Posted yesterday at 20:47 Rivals Watford for the worst half of the season. Come on lads do you want promotion?
RedWillie Posted yesterday at 20:47 Posted yesterday at 20:47 (edited) We are Playing with 10 and Edozie. He is utterly useless Edited yesterday at 20:47 by RedWillie
Saint_clark Posted yesterday at 20:47 Posted yesterday at 20:47 So they put the ball out so a player can receive treatment, and then he doesn't receive any treatment and doesn't go off. We shouldn't have given the ball back, they basically stopped the game because we'd just showed a period of good passing and attacking intent and they wanted to disrupt it.
Roo1976 Posted yesterday at 20:47 Posted yesterday at 20:47 fuck me atm were all over the place lacking composure and just playing lip service to try and chase the ball
Sheaf Saint Posted yesterday at 20:47 Posted yesterday at 20:47 The one time Edozie does something useful with the ball, he gets clearly fouled right in front of the ref but gets nothing. 2

Dr Who? Posted yesterday at 20:48 Posted yesterday at 20:48 Take away the early goals at the London Stadium we were pretty much like this in the first half from 15 minutes onwards. 1

Disco Stu Posted yesterday at 20:48 Posted yesterday at 20:48 Kind of game Jander would take control of. No Larin, Scienza or Dobbin up front leaves completely nonthreatening. The ball just keeps coming back.
