Well, that's 50 minutes of my life I'll never get back - watching the West Brom/Newcastle game. Absolutely dire. If Saints can't finish above these two, and Sheffield United, we may as well all pack up.

I had to go for a walk as cnt bear the tension in the WBA v Newcastle game. Draw will hopefully keep them both at distance.

on another note I should put a tenner on each game being nil nil as so many dull as shite games now and assume this one is the same

Sure there are some who want Fulham to lose but I hope they do Liverpool. That Liverpool defence looks like should be with a relegation side. Whiole side looks decidedly average,. Beginning to doubt the scouse domination revolution to run for years and years now that fraud Pep Guardiola has been found out.

It's lose-lose for us. 

Newcastle win, they then only five points behind, unstoppable momentum: Saints relegated

WBA win: great escape underway,  Big Sam never relegated in his life, unstoppable momentum: Saints relegated 

Draw: both get a point, both now breathing down our neck, both unstoppable momentum: Saints relegated.

Amongst the dross, WBA’s left back Townsend has played well and got some good deliveries in. AMN similar to what we have, done OK but not sure he is a priority in the summer. WBA’s Turkish on loan CM looks handy through, and is different to what we have. Would imagine Ralph will have to maximise the loan system until the club is finally sold. 

Better point for Newcastle, that’s WBA gone.

Just flicked over to the Liverpool v Fulham game, and the Londoner's are looking pretty decent.  Throw in Liverpool are continuing their pathetic defence of the title.

Not saying Fulham will catch us, but they can overtake Newcastle.  Which would be funny.

Top managers these days should learn from Fergies transfer policy. When you win big like Liverpool did you need to be replacing 4-5 of your squad and at least 2 of your first choice players with ones that haven't won anything in England yet, keep hunger in the team.

Cliche but Fulham are too good to go down. Seem to be built on lot of loan signings though so no idea about next season.

One of the better aways so always want them in PL.

As for Liverpool shades of mourinho second one season a few seasons back. Look v poor and lost any fear about playing them. Woudl love Saints to be playing them soon as one of easier PL games.
