It's a poisoned chalice for any manager to be honest, a disjointed and imbalanced squad with little movement to improve. Players like Griezman, Dembele, Coutinho aren't Barcelona players - upwards of $300m spent on those. They just don't fit that club. Then they've got Martin Braithwaite coming off the bench. He spoke very highly about his time at Southampton and the staff and players he had here. I also liked the way he was very quick to praise Nigel Adkins for the fitness and quality of the squad he inherited.
